This is the definition that we are using in our School of Evangelism:

Evangelism is the Process of Communicating the Good News of God's Salvation Through Christ and Inviting/Assisting people to be Reconciled to God.

The underlined words represent the dynamics of evangelims...which is a process initiated by the Holy Spirit, requireing an actual verbal communication that salvation is found by faith alone in Jesus Christ and is accomplished by people inviting people to consider Christ and assisting them in receiving Christ so tha their sins might be forgiven and they might be reconciled to God.
