I don't know if you could call it an "evangelism book", but it definitely caused me to think about the way we interact with one another in the family of God. How we treat and act towards one another has a lot to do with how well we can reach people for Christ.

"Revolution in the Church: Challenging the Religious System with a Call for Radical Change" by Michael L. Brown (ISBN: 0-8007-9310-2).

It basically speaks of how we as denominations and congregations develop traditions very quickly and then feel threatened whenever God moves in a new way. Brown is calling all Christians to use Scripture as their one evaluation tool to figure out whether something is from God or not. He sites many examples of how the Holy Spirit moved throughout history in ways that brought people to faith in Christ but received persecution from the "established" and "accepted" religious leaders.
